We had a great location, not too far from via Mazzini.

Everything was perfect with amazingly comfortable rooms. Overall, I had a VERY COMFORTABLE stay because of the very good and courteous staff members. The hotel has great location adjacent to the arena and juliettes courtyard, a quiet area, and the centre of the Old Town. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Enoteca Segreta.

We enjoyed the hotel, its marvellous location and accommodating staff. The rooms were spotless and huge, with central heating and TV, exceptionally comfortable bed...

I had a great time staying at this hotel in the city center. The location couldn't be better, with excellent bars and bakeries nearby. The room was spacious, with a high ceiling and large window overlooking a charming street. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate with a great shower.

Great location and clean facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, recommending local shops and restaurants. The internet connection was fast and reliable, which allowed me to stay in touch with my friends and family back home.

My stay was not as comfortable as I had hoped. The walls were paper-thin, so I could hear everything my neighbors were doing and saying.

All was perfect.

The room had a sofa bed, central heating, and a television, which I enjoyed. The bed was amazing, and there was also a bidet. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, with easy access to a main shopping street and local fast food options like Buoono, which was just a 5-minute walk away.

We loved the location of this hotel - it is right in the middle of the city, walking distance to everything. The room was very clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning. Great location, just a short walk to the heart of the city. The room was clean and had a nice view of a charming little street with a cafe. I was able to access the wifi from the outside cafe when the window blinds were opened. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its location and cleanliness.

air con not working properly

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by several aspects of my stay. the location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. It made exploring all the attractions and sights so convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with great recommendations for places to visit. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a private separate bathroom. The bed was cozy and the air conditioner worked wonderfully, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a nice touch, giving me a good start to the day.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Located in the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance, from the church at Piazzetta Scala to amazing restaurants right in the VERY center. the central location is great for exploring the city on foot and taking in all of the sights.

The area is lovely with plenty of excellent bars and bakeries. the location is also fantastic as it's a minute away from the main squares in the city center. the room and the bathroom were impeccably clean with a comfortable bed, and everything was in great order.

The walls were thin and not soundproof, and it was possible to hear conversations from the next room. the management needs to add a light in the shower area for better illumination.

This hotel exceeded expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. Secondly, the location was perfect - right in the center of the city, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, with a wonderful air conditioner and a connected bathroom with its own big shower. Truly a great stay!
